Throughout his 30+ dental career, Dr. Gambucci has both practiced and taught dentistry with a focus on dental disease prevention. He’s known for his passionate promotion of dental health, his experience across the spectrum of comprehensive general dentistry, and his extensive knowledge of geriatric dentistry, including denture and partial denture care.
Dr. Gambucci is a native of Grand Forks, ND. He attended the University of Minnesota as an undergraduate, with a dual focus on the pre-dental sciences and liberal arts. He received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1977. Following a year of post-doctoral training at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago, IL, he began his professional career as a general dentist and as a member of the faculty at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.
Dr. Gambucci is an active member of the Minnesota Dental Association and the American Dental Education Association. He has participated in his community as a youth sports coach. He is married and has three children.
