what you'll do:
- Deliver comprehensive general and restorative dentistry, from fillings to crowns, bridges and large restorative cases
- Perform endodontic treatment, including anterior and posterior root canal therapy
- Plan and deliver removable prosthetics: complete and partial dentures
- Diagnose, treatment plan and present care in a way that builds trust and long-term relationships
- Use our cutting-edge technology to make every visit smooth, comfortable and efficient
- Collaborate with our doctors, in-house specialists, hygienists and assistants — four-handed dentistry is our love language
- Bring a warm chairside manner that turns nervous patients into raving fans
requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active license with the Minnesota Board of Dentistry (or eligible)
- Confidence and proficiency in restorative dentistry and endodontics
- Experience with removable prosthetics (complete and partial dentures)
- Invisalign experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive team player with a winning personality and professionalism
- Warm chairside manner and a heart for hospitality
- 5-star patient care and communication skills
- Comfort with digital workflows and dental software — or eagerness to learn
- Commitment to continuing education and growing your clinical skills
- Attention to detail
- Desire to learn new skills
- Other duties as assigned
- CEREC, Invisalign and implant knowledge a plus!
