Dr. Lauren Ashburn

Dr. Ashburn’s journey began on the picturesque shores of Ocean City, Maryland, where her family’s dental legacy shaped her path. With dentists as fathers and a hygienist mother, her childhood was intertwined with dentistry, igniting a lifelong passion. Although drawn to animals and science, she pursued pre-veterinary studies at Auburn University. Returning to Maryland post-graduation, she continued her involvement in dentistry, ultimately embracing her heritage and enrolling in dental school at the University of Minnesota. Graduating with honors, she remains dedicated to patient education, fostering trusting relationships, and delivering care with compassion. Beyond the dental realm, Dr. Ashburn and her husband, Gavin, embark on adventures with their Golden Retrievers, Charlie and Piper. They also find joy in fitness, unplanned date nights, tending to their yard, and cherished family getaways to their beloved destination, Aruba.
